As we move forward and leave the Covid-19 era behind us, we want to assure you that your safety remains our utmost priority.

At our practice, we have always prioritized infection control, and you may have already noticed this during your previous visits. Our protocols are designed to provide you with a safe and comfortable experience while receiving care. We want to take this opportunity to update you on the current infection control procedures we follow.

Our practice adheres to the guidelines and recommendations provided by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We closely monitor their updates and ensure that our infection control practices align with the latest guidance issued by these agencies.

During your next appointment, you may notice a few changes we have implemented to protect the well-being of our patients and staff. These changes include:

1. Pre-screening: We will communicate with you prior to your appointment to ask some screening questions. Upon your arrival at the office, you may be asked the same questions again.
2. Hand hygiene: Hand sanitizers will be available for your use when you enter the office. You will find additional sanitizing stations in the reception area and throughout the office for your convenience.
3. Enhanced cleanliness: To maintain a high level of cleanliness, some items such as magazines and children’s toys will be limited in the waiting room, as these are difficult to sanitize effectively.
4. Reduced waiting times: We have adjusted our scheduling to allow for more time between patients, minimizing waiting times and reducing the number of people in the reception area at any given time.
